Youth Exchanges

WorldDenver is the local host organization for a variety of youth delegations throughout the year. These young international visitors engage with leaders, and experts in a particular field in order to gain valuable perspectives and build important skill sets while staying with a host family* and interacting with local peers in Denver. These programs are sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and other clients.

*WorldDenver matches young international visitors with people in the community who have volunteered to serve as  homestay hosts. Homestays are an essential part of several programs offered by WorldDenver because they allow visitors to become more deeply immersed in American culture and our way of life. They are also a unique opportunity for hosts to learn from, and form a long-lasting connection with, an individual from a different country without ever leaving Denver!
